Practice Staffing charges an hourly rate that is all-inclusive. Temporary staff are employees of Practice Staffing; therefore, you are not responsible for any payroll or benefit expenses. In the event you choose to hire your professional directly, there are “placement fees” that are outlined in your agreement with Practice Staffing in advance.
The temporary staffing professional is required to document and turn in a weekly timesheet. You will be provided with this time sheet and will be required to approve the hours submitted so that the temporary employee can be paid. Temporary employees will not be paid without approval. Timesheets and approval are due no later than the Tuesday after the Friday week’s end.
Invoices for services rendered by Practice Staffing are emailed out each week and are payable upon receipt. Practice Staffing requires a Credit Card or Bank account information to be provided before an assignment starts. Charges are only made after the time sheet has been submitted and approved by the client.
