To be eligible to work as a temporary dental professional, you must complete the application and screening process. Each candidate must register on-line and sign a temporary employment agreement. You will be invited to interview in person or virtually so that we can assess your skills and find the best match. Practice Staffing will verify all licenses (if applicable) and check references provided. Upon completion of this process, you will be given a new hire packet and we will begin offering you temporary positions.
Most temporary positions are filled within 48 hours after the hiring process is completed. Temp-to-Hire positions may require additional time. Our goal is to provide you opportunities at well-established dental practices that match your skill level and provide you with a competitive wage.
Practice Staffing never charges dental professionals any fees associated with placement. Practice Staffing collects fees from the dental practice utilizing our services.
Practice Staffing pay weekly on Fridays for the week prior. The temporary staffing professional is required to document and turn in a weekly timesheet. A representative form the dental practice will be required to approve the hours submitted and temporary employees will not be paid without approval. Timesheets and approval are due no later than the Tuesday after the Friday weeks end.
